as you know this was the first time I had the privilege to use British Airport Cars. You could tell by my emails and phone call that I am what is called a “nervous traveler”. I have to say – you always returned my messages immediately and put my mind at ease. On pick-up day, you actually came 20 minutes early and had to wait on us !! I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of your car. You made the trip very enjoyable, pointing out several sights and history, arriving at Dover at an earlier time than anticipated. Thank you again and I will definitely promote your service among my industry colleagues.

Thank you so much for arranging our drive to Gedney. It was a long day but worth the trip. Meant a lot to my husband to see where his ancestors departed England in 1631 for America. Lovely town and amazing old cathedral. Your driver was great!! We enjoyed chatting with him.

Again excellent service with the driver being bang on time for both journeys (to and from Heathrow). The car was clearly "well used" but reasonably comfortable. Overall good value and good service

I have made several journeys with British Airport Cars. Their service has always been prompt, the drivers are professional and the vehicles are new and clean. British Airport Cars are very personable to work with and quick to respond to emails.
