Just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks for making sure we were met when our plane finally landed (5 hours late). I am reconfirming for car tomorrow as set forth below. We were very pleased with our airport to London Central service on Friday. The driver was very good.
This is just a short note to say thanks for the service. The e-mail arrangements were impecable, the pick up from Southampton Ocean Terminal went according to plan, in fact 45 minutes early, since both your driver and we were early. The drive back to Heathrow was fine and the car large enough for 4 persons and luggage.
Everything worked out beautifully, as always. Your driver was on time, even a few minutes early, yesterday and we got to Heathrow in good time. Many thanks once again.

Just a few lines to say thanks for the professional way our group booking was dealt with. There were 10 of us with lots of luggage. Your drivers arrived promptly and were waiting for us on our arrival at Gatwick. The journey onto Heathrow was smooth including a slight deviation to our original plans which was booked just a few days prior to our travel. Again on our return journey from Heathrow back to Gatwick the drivers were waiting for us. The vehicles were clean and the drivers were professional and smartly turned out. Will definitely use you again and will recommend you to others.

I heard from Ms. Marr after she arrived in London that the car service was wonderful (as it usually is). Do you know who the driver was? Thank you so much for your timely pick up at the Dover Ship Docks on Friday July 23rd for four of us with LOTS of luggage –your van is so nice and clean and the driver was very professional and pleasant – my husband sat in from with him (I think his name was Gary) --- we encountered an accident delay and he handled the slow down very well and knew his way around the Airport with ease as we had two different hotels--- and the best part of all is that you were much more reasonably priced than the price we would have paid if we had taken the van offered by the ship we had been traveling on – Thanks and hope to call on you again one of these days sincerely

I would really like to thank your company for excellent service and great support provided. Your team doesn’t only do a kind of dropping guest and just leaving them on road but giving them an extra hand from picking up at airport and making sure they arrive safe to destination . While I was shifting my bags Jey provided me hand in shifting my luggage to 3rd floor which was very kind and simply service with only good human intentions. He made sure we are safely settled before departing. I will surely recommend your service to all of people travelling from my company over to UK.
