Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Airport consists of 4 terminals. Terminals 1, 2, and 3 are located about 5 miles from terminal 4 Terminal 5 is under construction and is expected to be completed by 2007. The four terminals are connected by road and a frequent tube/underground service. At Heathrow your driver will meet you by the airport information desk at each one of these terminals except for domestic arrivals at Terminal 1. The airport information desk is also sign posted. Your driver will be holding a greeting board with the British Airport Cars logo and web page impression. Your name and flight details will be hand written on this board. Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell phone number of your driver and a special number for the duty manager. You will find several other drivers with greeting boards standing in various parts of the arrivals area but your driver will be standing near the airport information desk. Heathrow Airport Terminal 1 - International Arrivals

Your driver will meet you by the airport information desk which is located right next to WH Smiths (retailers of stationary, newspapers, etc) about 25 yards to your right as you exit the secure area. It is sign posted and is located on the ground floor. To view a map please click here

Heathrow Airport Terminal 2

Your driver will meet you by the airport information desk which is located opposite Whittards and Boots (shops) about 75 yards to your left as you exit the secure area. It is sign posted and is located on the 1st floor. To view a map please click here

Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

Your driver will meet you by the airport information desk. Finding the airport information desk in terminal 3 is relatively easy. As you exit the secure area you will see some railings on both sides and if you follow the railings it will bear right. Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

Your driver will meet you by the airport information desk. In terminal 4 it is located to the right as you exit the secure area. As you proceed towards the airport information desk you will Starbucks on your right and the airport information desk towards the left as you proceed further. The airport information desk is sign posted and is located on the ground floor.In some circumstances we may ask you meet the driver by the Costa Coffee shop, this information will normally be included in the comments. Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Your driver will meet you by the airport information desk. In terminal 5 it is located to the right as you exit the secure area. Gatwick Airport

Gatwick consists of the south and north terminals and is connected by a monorail service and by road. They are situated about 2 miles apart by road; the monorail is however is a direct route takes just a few minutes. Domestic and International flights arrive both at the South and North terminals. All British Airways flights however land at Gatwick North Terminal

At Gatwick your driver will meet you by the airport information desk both at the south terminals and north terminals except for domestic arrivals in the South Terminal. Gatwick South Terminal – International Arrivals

Finding the airport information desk at Gatwick South Terminal is relatively easy. As you exit the secure area you will see railings to the left hand side, follow the railings and you will see the airport information desk to the left.

Gatwick South Terminal – Domestic Arrivals

At the Gatwick Terminal domestic arrivals your driver will meet you by baggage claim area which is located outside the secure area. Again you are likely to spot the driver very easily.

Gatwick North Terminal – International Arrivals

As you exit the secure area bear right and you will see the airport information desk straight ahead of you.

Gatwick North Terminal – Domestic Arrivals

No sooner you exit the secure area the airport information desk is to the right of you. You will probably spot your driver before you find the desk.

Stansted Airport

There is only one Terminal at Stansted Airport. However the domestic and International arrivals are located on either end of the terminal. The airport information desk is located near the International arrivals area and is sign posted. If you are unable to find your driver please request the staff at the airport information desk to make an announcement “driver meeting your name please contact airport information”. Stansted Airport – International Arrivals

The airport information desk is located to the left as exit the secure area. You will need to walk through the railings and turn left and the airport information desk is located a few yards away.

Stansted Airport – Domestic Arrivals

As you exit the secure area you should be able to spot your driver.

Luton Airport

There is only one terminal at Luton. Meeting the driver is relatively easy. International and domestic arrivals are located in the same place. A dedicated airport information desk does not exist so the driver will meet you in the arrivals area, you should be able to spot the driver as you exit. If you are unable to find your driver please request the staff to make an announcement “driver meeting your name please contact airport information”. We can meet you at Southampton , Dover , and Harwich , seaport/Cruise Terminals. Most passengers tend to disembark around 09.00 hours at all the cruise terminals. However you can arrange to disembark about an hour and 30minutes after the liner docks. You will need to make prior arrangements with the staff on board the cruise liner. Southampton Seaport – Cruise Terminal

Southampton has 4 cruise terminals namely the Mayflower, City, Ocean and the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2). Southampton can be busy especially if you are arriving on the Queen Mary 2 or any other cruise liner, often all the 4 terminals can be receiving cruise liners. At the QE2 and the Mayflower terminals the driver will be standing to the left or or ahead of you as you exit the secure area. Dover has two main terminals terminal 1&2. You should not have any difficulty spotting your driver at terminal 2, however terminal 1 can be difficult as there are two possible exits. You should be able to to spot your driver as you exit the secure area. Harwich Seaport – Cruise terminal

As you come through the secure area there is an arrivals lounge. The driver will either be seated at one of the tables in the lounge which is to the right or be standing to the left. It should be relatively easy to spot your driver. spotting your driver. As you exit the secure area you should able to spot your driver. If you booked a return journey the driver will discuss the arrangements. If however you booked a single journey we will require your mobile phone number and we will make arrangements to collect you from a specific point. In the case of main sporting events it will be very difficult to meet you near the stadium or arena and one may need to walk a short distance in order to avoid the traffic. If however you require pick up near the location it can be arranged.
